Job Overview:

This is a permanent part-time role where you will coordinate all aspects of digital health procurement processes across Southern NSW Local Health District and Murrumbidgee Local Health District.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will coordinate digital health procurement processes to ensure timely purchases and payments meet strategic and operational requirements.
  • Maintain collaborative working relationships with suppliers, clients, finance, procurement, and team members.
  • You will manage supply chain policies and processes, prioritizing work to meet KPIs and deadlines.
  • Allocate costs, ensure payment of suppliers, and perform required reconciliations.
  • Drive/travel as required, including overnight stays, with an unrestricted drivers' licence.

Requirements:

  • A proven history of developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships.
  • Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain policies and processes.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Office and computer skills, including contemporary finance and procurement systems.
