Allied Health Graduate Program Overview

This two-year graduate program offers recent graduates in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy a structured development opportunity with hands-on supervision.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Assess participants and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a person-centred framework.
  • Provide support and guidance to participants.
  • Refer and consult with the multidisciplinary team for effective collaboration.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions for participant engagement and progress.
  • Supervise placement students to ensure their growth and development.
About You
  • You must have the right to work in Australia.
  • Recent graduation (within the last 2 years) or eligibility to graduate in early-mid 2026 with AHPRA registration is required.
  • Willingness to work as an Allied Health Assistant until graduation may be necessary.
  • A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) is also required.
