Join Kurrajong's Allied Health Graduate Program (Physio | OT | Speech) for hands-on supervision, structured development, and a positive, inclusive workplace.Your RoleKey responsibilities include:Assessing participants and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a person-centred framework.Providing support and advice to participants.Referring and consulting within the multidisciplinary team.Facilitating group therapy sessions.Overseeing placement students.Working full-time in Wagga Wagga or outreach locations (Griffith, Tumut).
Participating in daily peer-to-peer learning and multidisciplinary collaboration.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:The right to work in Australia.Recent graduation (within the last 2 years) or eligibility to graduate in early-mid 2026 with AHPRA registration.Willingness to work as an Allied Health Assistant until graduation, if applicable.Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base starting salary of $78,000.Graduate incentive payments at 6, 12, and 24 months of service (totaling $4,000–$6,500 depending on location).
