Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing participants and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions within a person-centred framework.
  • Providing support and advice to participants.
  • Referring and consulting within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions.
  • Overseeing placement students.
  • Working full-time in Wagga Wagga or outreach locations (Griffith, Tumut).
  • Participating in daily peer-to-peer learning and multidisciplinary collaboration.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The right to work in Australia.
  • Recent graduation (within the last 2 years) or eligibility to graduate in early-mid 2026 with AHPRA registration.
  • Willingness to work as an Allied Health Assistant until graduation, if applicable.
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base starting salary of $78,000.
  • Graduate incentive payments at 6, 12, and 24 months of service (totaling $4,000–$6,500 depending on location).
  • Structured two-year learning and development program with ongoing employment after completion.
  • One additional week of leave each year for the summer holiday period.
