About You:

  • Australian experience a must
  • Procore experience preferable
  • Experienced Contracts Administrator (5+ years preferred)
  • Experience on Class 2 residential / multi-unit projects desirable
  • Confident managing clients, subcontractor packages, variations, and progress claims
  • Can be the lead CA, across 2/3 projects simultaneously, managing a CA underneath
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
