Who we are looking for
We're looking for a proactive and people-focuesed leaer to step into the role of Corporate Assets Coordinator. This role is central to delivering safe, efficient, and fit-for-purpose workplaces, vehicles, and equipment that support the everyday operations.
You'll be responsible for the strategic direction and continual improvement of our corporate facilities, fleet, plant and equipment, and physcial security systems - ensuring our workplaces align with our principles and our corporate assets are safe, efficient and fit for purpose.
This is a full-time ongoing position based in our Warrnambool office (or other Wannon Water location by negotiation) and comes with a generous salary of $99,465 to $110,954 p.a. plus superannuation.
What you'll be doing
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
- Coordinate the delivery of our workplace strategy and corporate facility improvements across multiple sites.
- Oversee the fleet and plant lifecycle, including procurement, maintenance, renewals, and data systems.
- Support and guide employees in managing fleet, plant and equipment so it's safe, available, and well maintained.
- Act as a key contact for emergency management and business continuity planning related to facilities and fleet.
- Provide leadership and support to a small team of facilities and fleet professionals.
What you'll bring
You're a collaborative and solutions-focused coordinator with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You thrive on making systems work better, leading change, and helping others do their best work in safe, modern environments.
You will also have:
- Qualifications in business, asset management, property/facilities management, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in manageing facilities and workplace infrastructure across multiple sites.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and build effective relationships across internal teams and external contractors.
