Job Title: Procurement and Asset Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement and Asset Coordinator to join our Corporate Services Department. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing procurement and asset management activities, including supplier management, day-to-day procurement, and asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the order processing of materials, tools, equipment, and consumables, ensuring timely delivery to staff and sites.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure excellent service and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor and report on procurement and asset management metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar procurement role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
