About the role
Summersime Designs Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced part-time Bookkeeper and Office All Rounder to to join our team as we enter an exciting new chapter — expanding our brand and settling into our brand-new office space. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the operations of our growing apparel brand.
What you'll be doing
All bookkeeping duties including BAS Lodgement (using Xero)
Sales, admin and management support
Inventory management and stock control
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
Liaise with external accountants as needed
What we're looking for
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in Xero accounting software (essential)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
Diploma level qualification in Accounting or Degree (required)
Experience in the apparel/fashion industry (advantageous but not essential)
Candidates must be Australian permanent residents or citizens.
