Don Wood photography is a family owned and operated business, focusing on taking beautiful school photographs.

We are looking for an Office all-rounder to join our team. If you are looking for a fast-paced role where you will be balancing many tasks and have the ability to grow, this is the role for you.

The Role

·      You will be answering phone calls, taking enquiries and orders, and learning the systems including the online side of the business.

·      You will be taking charge of packing school photo orders and delivering to schools in the company vehicle. There is some heavy lifting involved in this role so must be fit with the ability to lift 10-15kg.

·      Hours - We are looking for someone who is able to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3pm Hours can be flexible per day and in school holidays.

·      This is a casual role with the ability to move to full-time

·      Core office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

·      This is an office base only role.

Essential:

·      Must have current Driver's licence.

·      Must be fit able to lift around 10-15kg

·      Eagar to learn all facets of our business

·      Experience working within an office environment desirable

·      Friendly phone manners with Clear communication skills

·      Strong computer skills or willing to learn

·      Thrive being busy and working under pressure

·      Must be organised with a Strong attention to detail

·      Friendly, enthusiastic and motivated
