We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse All-Rounder to join us at Nordic Edge in Brookvale.

Nordic Edge is a specialist supplier in blacksmithing and knife-making. We provide tools, materials, and workshops to makers across Australia. This is a hands-on role with a great mix of warehouse operations, product handling, and customer interaction.

What You'll Do

  • Pick, pack, and label orders for same-day dispatch.
  • Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
  • Book freight for heavier items when required.
  • Receive and process incoming stock, label products, cut steel to size, grind wood blocks, and prepare materials for sale.
  • Answer customer emails with accurate, friendly communication.
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the warehouse.
  • Keep the warehouse and workshop tidy, organised, and clearly labelled.
  • Set up the workshop for weekend classes.
  • Handle heavy lifting safely.

About You

  • Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate packing and labelling are essential.
  • Organised and proactive, you like keeping things tidy and efficient. A natural self starter who gets the job done.
  • Comfortable working independently when required.
  • Quick learner, ready to build strong product knowledge fast.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting heavier items.
