- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of contracts, including supply and installation, balance of plant, PPAs/offtake, connection, and O&M agreements
- Supporting land acquisition processes, including licenses, leases, sales, and planning approvals across Commonwealth, State, and local jurisdictions
- Structuring and implementing partnering arrangements, including joint ventures and joint development agreements
- Reviewing general commercial agreements such as NDAs and consultancy contracts
- Managing external legal counsel, including budgeting and forecasting
- Advising on risk management across project lifecycles and broader business activities
- Providing legal leadership within project teams to support financial close and delivery milestones
Join a purpose-driven company committed to accelerating Australia's clean energy transition.
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded legal professional with deep experience in energy or infrastructure projects, someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings sharp legal instincts, and knows how to get things done.
You'll be confident managing external counsel, skilled at navigating complex contracts, and comfortable leading legal input across multidisciplinary teams. You're proactive, strategic, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of integrity, inclusive leadership, and the ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders. If you're ready to help shape Australia's renewable energy future, we'd love to hear from you.
We believe there is a better way to deliver cleaner, low cost, renewable energy
