Join the Luma team in this brand-new role identifying funding opportunities and helping the Luma team in managing end-to-end grant administration. You will work closely across teams at Luma to develop high-quality grant proposals and in fostering relationships across the community.

This is a part-time role (0.8 FTE), fixed term for 12-months initially with the possibility of an extension. You'll be working mostly from our Northbridge office, with travel to our Joondalup office and other locations as required on occasion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Grant Research, Writing, and Compliance: Collaborate with the Luma team to identify funding sources, write compelling proposals, manage awarded grants, and ensure compliance with all funding requirements.
• Community Partnerships and Strategic Networking: Build and maintain partnerships within the broader community sector to support Luma's diverse client needs and strengthen strategic relationships.
• Project and Engagement Strategy Management: Lead end-to-end project management of grant applications and community engagement strategies, including administrative support, documentation, and alignment with organisational goals.
• Reporting, Evaluation, and Market Analysis: Prepare accurate reports for funders, evaluate grant program effectiveness, and conduct market research to identify trends, collaborators, and emerging opportunities.

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience and competency in end-to-end project and/or grant and engagement management.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including potential fundraising partners.
• Confidence in conducting research to identify new funding prospects and trends.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to develop proposals, reports, and engage with diverse audiences.
