We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist to be the supportive voice behind our trusted dealer network. You'll be the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Respond to dealer enquiries via phone, email, and web with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
  • Accurately process purchase orders, verifying pricing and availability.
  • Create and manage cases in Salesforce, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Provide knowledgeable support to Territory Managers and maintain up-to-date product understanding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver efficient and seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in ongoing learning to build product knowledge and strengthen customer service skills.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in customer service, contact centre, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce; exposure to ERP systems like Pronto or SAP is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to connect with a wide range of people.
  • Problem-solving mindset, high attention to detail, and a focus on results.
