Senior Tender & Contract Specialist
for a month contract to lead high-impact procurement initiatives and negotiate complex technology contracts that support our digital future.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you'll:

  • Design and lead end-to-end tender processes for enterprise technology solutions for transformation in MIPS
  • Negotiate and renegotiate all tenders and contracts including SaaS, software licensing, and professional services achieving achieve favourable commercial terms
  • Establish procurement frameworks aligned with regulatory standards (CPS230, CPS234)
  • Drive commercial innovation and risk management across vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes
  • Review and recommend improvements to MIPS procurement processes, templates, and governance frameworks

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years' experience in strategic procurement or contract management
  • Proven success in leading complex RFx processes and vendor negotiations
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Expertise in technology contracts and regulatory compliance
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Procurement or related discipline are highly desirable
