We are committed to maintaining the highest standards whilst providing quality care.  Located in West Perth, Perth Clinic is a WA wholly owned and operated private psychiatric hospital situated close to Kings Park.

About the role:

We are seeking a vibrant and self-motivated individual to join our fast paced Day Hospital team.  The duties include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with nurse managers, therapists, consultants and patients to coordinate therapy groups and appointments.
  • Assisting with scheduling groups and therapy diaries.
  • Processing and prioritizing referrals received.
  • Performing health fund checks to confirm patient eligibility.
  • Preparing paperwork for completion upon patient admission.
  • Preparing group therapy lists on a daily basis.
  • Assisting with processing patient admissions at the commencement of group therapy programmes.
  • Faxing and photocopying as required.
  • Relief switchboard cover.
