Perth Clinic is the leading provider of acute mental health care in Western Australia. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards whilst providing quality care.  Located in West Perth, Perth Clinic is a WA wholly owned and operated private psychiatric hospital situated close to Kings Park.

About the role:

We are seeking a vibrant and self-motivated individual to join our fast paced Day Hospital team.  The duties include but are not limited to:

  • Liaising with nurse managers, therapists, consultants and patients to coordinate therapy groups and appointments.
  • Assisting with scheduling groups and therapy diaries.
  • Processing and prioritizing referrals received.
  • Performing health fund checks to confirm patient eligibility.
  • Preparing paperwork for completion upon patient admission.
  • Preparing group therapy lists on a daily basis.
  • Assisting with processing patient admissions at the commencement of group therapy programmes.
  • Faxing and photocopying as required.
  • Relief switchboard cover.
