What You'll Do

  • Be the welcoming face at reception, guiding patients with care and professionalism.
  • Manage bookings, billing, quoting, and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate across our Specialists, nurses, laboratory staff, counsellors, and hospitals to keep the patient journey running smoothly.
  • Support patients through sensitive and important conversations with empathy.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in medical administration/medical secretarial work (specialist or fertility highly regarded).
  • Confidence with bookings, billing, quoting, and patient data systems.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • A warm, empathetic approach to patient support.
