Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery Practice – Woollahra

Are you passionate about premium customer service and excited by the growing cosmetic and aesthetic medical industry?

Our Plastic Surgery business is expanding, and we are seeking a friendly, mature and motivated Administration / Office Support / Receptionist to join our professional and supportive team in our brand new Woollahra premises.

This is a key front-line role where your customer service skills, attention to detail, and professionalism will help shape the first impression for our patients.

YOU MUST HAVE:
  • 2+ years of front desk reception and/or strong customer service experience
  • Proven ability to handle surgical enquiries with a sales-focused approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to manage a busy front desk
  • Confidence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior experience with medical booking software (Genie preferred but not essential)
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • A warm, professional, and proactive attitude
  • Interest in cosmetic surgery, facial rejuvenation, and aesthetic medicine

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Managing surgical and non-surgical enquiries (phone, email, in-person)
  • Converting enquiries into booked consultations through knowledgeable, sales-aware communication
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the surgeons' diaries
  • Processing payments and Medicare claims
  • Providing accurate information about services, fees, and procedures
  • General admin duties including managing correspondence and patient records
  • Maintaining presentation of reception and common areas
  • Supporting the clinical team and ensuring a smooth patient journey from first contact to post-op follow-up
