Position: Full Time Team Leader

Location: Heidelberg West

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to Lead, coach and mentor a team of 4-5 supported workers. This role will see you coordinating rosters, completing NDIS documentation, administration/roster duties and other related duties that support the team.

About You

  • Previous commercial cleaning experience (desirable)
  • Current driver's license and own transport (desirable)
  • Current White Card (desirable)
  • NDIS Clearance check (required)
  • Previous experience within a similar role or role in support work.
  • Able to work under pressure and comfortable driving in the city areas and outer suburbs.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or within a team
    You have availability to work between the hours of 1pm-9pm, Monday - Friday

Pay and conditions will be in accordance with Cleaning Services Award 2020.

Phone, laptop and uniform provided
