In this role, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals.-->Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirementsSupport student engagement, attendance and outcomesMaintain teaching and compliance documentationParticipate in industry consultation and curriculum developmentProvide pastoral and academic support to studentsEngage in moderation, validation, and continuous improvement activitiesPromote courses and liaise with industry and community networks-->Skills and Experience RequiredCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)Victorian Electrical A Grade LicenseCertificate III in ElectrotechnologyRelevant post-secondary qualifications and recent industry experienceStrong understanding of adult learning principles and VET complianceExcellent interpersonal, communication, and ICT skillsDemonstrated ability to innovate and adapt in teaching practicesExperience in student engagement and vocational placement coordination-->Additional RequirementsSuccessful candidate will be required to provide:Avalid Victorian Employee Working withChildren Check (WWCC)A National Police CheckHow to ApplyClick Apply to submit your application through Melbourne Polytechnic's careers portal.
