About Us:

Gold Coast Glamour Photography is a boutique boudoir photography studio dedicated to empowering women and helping them rediscover their confidence. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, uplifting experience for our clients, and we're now looking for a dynamic team member to help us connect with new and existing clients.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Client Care & Sales Support team member to join us on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospects and clients, building genuine connections and helping women of all walks of life feel supported and excited about their upcoming boudoir experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Calling and following up new leads to book in studio sessions
  • Reconnecting with past clients and reactivating our current database
  • Providing friendly, professional client care and answering enquiries
  • Supporting clients through the booking process with empathy and enthusiasm
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks and data entry
  • Maintaining accurate client records and following up promptly

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Warm, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly
  • Results-driven and confident in phone-based communication
  • Empathetic, supportive, and comfortable engaging with women from all walks of life
  • Reliable and enthusiastic, with excellent attention to detail
  • Skilled with computers, typing, and CRM systems
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm (20 hours per week)
  • Gold Coast based (in-studio role)
