Home Care Worker – Aged Care for Gold Coast Area

All Aged Care is a trusted non-profit multicultural, client-centred aged care provider in Brisbane. We are passionate on delivering high quality services and making a real difference in our senior's lives through compassionate, consistent, personalised care.

We are currently seeking for casual to permanent-part time Home Care Worker- Aged care to support our senior in their homes across Gold Coast Area

  • Willing to drive reasonable distance to clients in these locations
  • Available immediately is preferred
  • Own a reliable vehicle
  • Flexible time and days (you can pick up shifts from 8-16 hours / week)
  • Have limited availability? That's okay We'll schedule shifts around your available days and times, as long as you're committed to the ones you accepted

About The Role :

We are looking for compassionate and dependable Home Care Worker (Aged Care) to support seniors in living safely and independently in their own homes.

Experience supporting seniors with dementia is highly desirable. This role is more than just work, it's about making a real difference in senior's life every day. Complete with flexible hours and working days, this role is perfect for someone seeking meaningful work in the community supporting seniors with daily activities that truly enhance their quality of life.

Your role will include providing

- domestic assistance

- personal care, social support

- transport for shopping/appointments.

What Do You Need :

  • Highly desirable : Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) or equivalent
  • Highly desirable : minimal 2 years of experience working in Aged Care
  • Highly desirable : familiar or experience with Dementia care and worked with dementia clients
  • You're caring, reliable, and communicate well with clients, families, and our team
  • You bring patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference in seniors' lives
  • No Cert III? No problem. We value your experience, heart, and commitment to quality care above all

Must Have Requirements :

Reside / willing to work in Gold Coast area

Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Current Flu Vaccination

Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Open Australian Driver Licence

Reliable registered own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Permanent Australian Resident or have work rights. We do not offered sponsorship for this position.

What We Offer:

Pay: $38.56 – $44.96 per hour
