Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Worker located in Gold Coast, QLD. The Support Worker will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their well-being. This includes tasks such as personal care, household chores, and transportation. The role also involves supporting clients in accessing community services and maintaining their independence. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and their families are key components of this role.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Support Worker and possessing strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge and practice of Safeguarding and effective Communication
  • Proficiency in providing Technical Support to clients
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications in care and support work are a plus
