Who We Are:

BWE Drilling is a diversified drilling services contractor providing specialised drilling, blasting, exploration and waterwell drilling services in the mining and construction sectors through our three business units: Drill & Blast, Exploration and Waterwell.

Across the BWE Drilling group we employ over 300 employees and are going through an unprecedented period of growth and expansion.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and communicate rosters
  • Provide administrative support to operations
  • Assist with accommodation, flight bookings and training course scheduling
  • Ensure all crew are compliant with client and site mobilisation requirements

What You Bring:

  • 3 years' experience in an administrative or operational support role
  • Previous experience in site mobilisations (Tier 1 client exposure desirable)
  • Exposure to site-based operations (desirable)
  • Experience in Coreplan (desirable)
  • High level to accuracy and attention to detail
