We're looking for a local Newman-based Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a part-time role (school hours) that offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact supporting our operations in the Pilbara.
Working hours are flexible within school hours to accommodate your schedule.
What you'll do:
- Perform accurate data entry and records management
- Coordinate flights, timesheets, and purchase orders
- Support site and project mobilisation activities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Prepare Invoices
- Manage communications (written and verbal) in a professional and timely manner
What we're looking for:
- Newman local only – this is not a FIFO position
- Proven administration experience in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience with ERMS, PEGASUS, and SAP (preferred but not essential)
- Australian work rights are required for this position
