Admin Coordinator – Newman (Part-Time)

We're looking for a local Newman-based Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a part-time role (school hours) that offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a real impact supporting our operations in the Pilbara.

Working hours are flexible within school hours to accommodate your schedule.

What you'll do:

  • Perform accurate data entry and records management
  • Coordinate flights, timesheets, and purchase orders
  • Support site and project mobilisation activities
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Prepare Invoices
  • Manage communications (written and verbal) in a professional and timely manner

What we're looking for:

  • Newman local only – this is not a FIFO position
  • Proven administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with ERMS, PEGASUS, and SAP (preferred but not essential)
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
