We're looking for passionate individuals to join our vibrant, fun-loving Retention Call Centre Team in Southport

At Foxtel, we pride ourselves on a great culture where your love for TV, movies, and sports isn't just a hobby – it's your superpower As a Retention Representative, you'll use your fantastic conversational skills to re-engage our loyal customers, proactively identify opportunities to enhance their Foxtel experience, and expertly showcase the incredible value and exciting offerings of the Foxtel service.

Be the friendly voice that keeps our customers excited about Foxtel's amazing entertainment lineup. You'll turn every chat into a chance to reconnect people with what they love - from big sporting moments to the latest  tv shows.

About the role....

  • Be a great storyteller, connecting with customers and reigniting their passion for our premium content, driving continued subscription and growth
  • Turn every call into a meaningful connection, delivering exceptional service with a friendly, empathetic approach
  • Stay on top of the latest entertainment trends and Foxtel product updates to enrich customer interactions
  • Solve problems, de-escalate concerns, and tailor solutions that make a real difference, securing customer loyalty
  • Meet and exceed challenging retention goals in a supportive, sales performance-driven environment with attractive commission opportunities

  • A strong inclination and proven ability to deliver outstanding customer care.
  • Prior sales experience, within a high volume call centre environment highly desirable
  • Confident, engaging, and ready to turn conversations into sales
  • You know how to listen, uncover what customers really need, and offer solutions that fit
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where targets keep you motivated
  • Positive, resilient, and always up for celebrating team wins
  • Passionate about entertainment and keen to share that excitement with every customer
  • Exceptional, persuasive communication skills – you can talk about anything and close a deal
  • A strong commitment to outstanding customer care and achieving targets
  • Available to start on 1st December 2025
