ABOUT THE ROLE
Be the welcoming voice that connects clients and families to the allied health services they need. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in supporting people navigating injury, disability, or rehabilitation—while being part of a fun, caring, and tight-knit team in Brisbane.
You'll work in-office alongside one of our supportive and energetic Client Support Supervisors, with daily check-ins to share knowledge and keep things running smoothly. Our team thrives on diversity, good laughs, and the occasional lunch or team activity—thanks to our "Fun Funds"

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client calls, emails, and referrals
  • Support clinicians and team leaders with admin and scheduling
  • Keep the office running smoothly with day-to-day coordination
  • Build great relationships with clients and team members

ABOUT YOU

  • 2+ years of experience in an administration role
  • Call centre or hotline support experience (highly regarded)
  • Sound MS Office and data entry skills (Word & Excel)
  • A working knowledge of the NDIS sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
  • Quick thinking and confidence managing high-volume enquiries
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
