ABOUT THE ROLE
Be the welcoming voice that connects clients and families to the allied health services they need. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in supporting people navigating injury, disability, or rehabilitation—while being part of a fun, caring, and tight-knit team in Brisbane.
You'll work in-office alongside one of our supportive and energetic Client Support Supervisors, with daily check-ins to share knowledge and keep things running smoothly. Our team thrives on diversity, good laughs, and the occasional lunch or team activity—thanks to our "Fun Funds"
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls, emails, and referrals
- Support clinicians and team leaders with admin and scheduling
- Keep the office running smoothly with day-to-day coordination
- Build great relationships with clients and team members
Bring your personality, communication skills, and a love of helping others—and we'll provide the rest
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years of experience in an administration role
- Call centre or hotline support experience (highly regarded)
- Sound MS Office and data entry skills (Word & Excel)
- A working knowledge of the NDIS sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Quick thinking and confidence managing high-volume enquiries
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
