About the Role

Grampians Health-Stawell is calling passionate Speech Pathologists to join our dynamic Speech Pathology team. As a part of our holistic care approach, we're dedicated to fostering your career development, supporting ongoing professional development and delivering innovative care to our regional communities.

As a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist you will be clinically responsible for predominantly an adult caseload across our admitted, community and care community programs, with the opportunity to support our paediatric service also. As a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist you will also have the opportunity to lead quality improvement activities, supervise junior staff and students and develop your leadership and management skills. This role is part of our growing Speech Pathology team with the support of a Grade 3 Senior clinician onsite and the broader Stawell Allied Health MDT Team. You'll also be supported by our wider Grampians Health Speech Pathology Team at our Ballarat, Edenhope, Dimboola and Horsham campuses.

We are seeking part-time applicants and welcome discussions regarding flexible work arrangements.
