Who could you be at GHD?
Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we'll help you detangle any challenges along the way. Our Civil and Roads team is dedicated to delivering design and construction support for land development, surface water management, roads, pavements, utilities, aviation, and civil infrastructure.

  • Your focus in this role will be supporting and working alongside the team delivering a variety of projects across Transport, Property & Buildings, Water, and Energy markets.
  • Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
  • Supporting the team to deliver general Civil Infrastructure and Roads projects, and making a valued contribution to these major projects
  • Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions, assessments, calculations, technical reports, designs, specifications, quantities, proposals and presentations
  • Inspections and observations of construction phase services (subject to review by instructing Engineers
