We realise how hard you've studied to get to this point. Taking the next step in your career is an important milestone. With us you can kick start your employment as an early career nurse through our comprehensive and individually tailored program. With full time or part time options available (minimum 0.8 FTE), our 12-month program is here to support your transition to practice and develop your clinical skills and knowledge.

We know that you are passionate about midwifery and that's why it is important to us to have a graduate program that sets us apart and provides you with lots of opportunities.

· Orientation commencing February 2026

· Generous supernumerary time to support your transition to clinical practice

· Dedicated support from our ACHA Education team and preceptor

· Networking with fellow graduates across our ACHA Hospitals

· If dual registered, flexible career pathways with the ability to transfer between three ACHA sites – Ashford Hospital, Flinders Private Hospital and The Memorial Hospital. 

· Orientation Days to connect with fellow graduates and leaders

· Paid Study Days

· We encourage and support you to take two weeks of annual leave in your first 6 months of your program, because we care about your well-being 

· Graduation ceremony
