About the Opportunity
This busy and varied role suits someone who enjoys different tasks and is great at providing top-level admin support. You'll help run meetings, prepare reports, and support key programs and events — playing a central role in helping the team deliver results for the community.
This position is full time however reduced or alternative hours are negotiable with a minimum of 120 hours over a four (4) week work cycle.
What you will bring
Ideally the successful applicant will have the following:

Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support in a dynamic and confidential environment.
-
Strong understanding of departmental and organisational procedures, with the ability to navigate and refer enquiries effectively across Council.
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with excellent attention to detail in document preparation and formatting.
-
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal teams and the community.
-
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
-
A collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to support various functions including events, grants, meetings, and reporting.
Salary and conditions
The position is classified within Band 4 of Council's Current Enterprise Agreement ranging from $70,611 to $75,498 per annum plus statutory superannuation.
