Job Description
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of education programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program objectives are met.
  • Monitor and report on program progress, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, including reports, briefing papers, and correspondence.
  • General office management, catering, ordering supplies.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the program team as required.
  • Identify and address potential risks or issues affecting program delivery.
A Successful Program Officer Should Have
  • A strong background in either Administration, Office Management or Executive assisting
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • An outgoing personality to be the first point of contact when welcoming people.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for program management and reporting.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
