Citadines on Bourke Melbourne, located in the heart of Melbourne's city centre, is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to join the Front Office team as a Guest Services Officer. The successful candidate will be part of a tight-knit, supportive team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests with genuine warmth during check-in and check-out
  • Attending to guests' requests and managing their accounts
  • Providing information to our guests on services and local attractions
  • Administration associated with the Front Office department.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Strong knowledge of Sydney and the surrounding area
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and personal presentation
  • High attention to detail and a can-do attitude
  • Immaculate personal presentation
