As a part-time Guest Service Agent, you'll work with an experienced team that supports each other through busy shifts and celebrates the wins together.

Beyond the front office, you'll have opportunities to cross-train across Reservations, Conferencing & Events, and Sales - building skills for your hospitality career.

About You

  • Previous experience in the hotel & tourism industry
  • Organised, dependable, and confident, working independently or in a team
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment to meet guest needs
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
  • Professional presentation and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in hotel systems/PMS (HMS or similar) is an advantage
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, with a mix of mornings, evenings and weekends

What You'll Do

  • Greet guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Provide clear information about hotel facilities, services, and local Melbourne attractions
  • Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including security and privacy standards
  • Support our reservations team during peak periods and contribute to revenue and upselling
  • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for seamless guest experiences
