Job DescriptionWe're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part Time Guest Service Agent to join our friendly team at Oaks Melbourne St Kilda Road. If you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences and enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering exceptional service during check-in and check-out
- Assisting guests with enquiries, bookings, and requests
- Handling payments and reservations with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintaining a welcoming lobby and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations
- Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Previous front office or customer service experience (hospitality experience highly regarded)
- A positive, professional, and friendly approach to guest service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
