We are seeking a
Business Systems & Process Lead
to join a growing financial services organisation. This role is pivotal in driving digital capabilities and ensuring the technology environment supports both efficiency and client excellence. You'll lead the optimisation of core platforms such as
Xplan and Microsoft 365
, manage key vendor relationships, and identify opportunities in
automation and AI
to future-proof operations.

This is a hands-on role that combines
systems management, project delivery, and process improvement
, while also partnering with stakeholders across the business to embed change successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the selection, integration, and optimisation of business-critical platforms including Xplan and Microsoft 365.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure secure, cost-effective delivery of IT services.
  • Lead technology change initiatives — from planning and design through to execution and adoption.
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring measurable improvements to business processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and client experience.
  • Establish and maintain IT governance practices, policies, and compliance standards.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in
    business systems, process improvement, or digital transformation
    , ideally within financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Strong track record managing platforms such as
    Xplan, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power BI
    .
  • Proven ability to deliver successful projects, engage stakeholders, and drive change adoption.
  • Hands-on technical skills combined with strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
  • Familiarity with
    AI, automation, cloud platforms, and data security frameworks
    .
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build buy-in across teams.
