Front Desk Receptionist/Office Assistant

Compass Rehab is a multi-disciplinary allied health service and has an immediate opportunity for a motivated and skilled administration officer with high quality communication and interpersonal skills to join our team.

About you:

  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team while completing your admin tasks autonomously.
  • Accurate data entry and computer skills with demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
  • Prior health services experience preferable.
  • Prior experience in NDIS and or Aged Care processes/documentation would be considered a significant advantage.
  • Experience with practice management software highly regarded.
  • Ability to work extra hours as needed.
  • Ability to work in either our Hervey Bay or Maryborough Clinics as needed.

General duties

  • Front reception meet and greet
  • Scheduling patient appointments in accordance with office guidelines
  • Creating and maintaining patient electronic files
  • Creation of NDIS service agreements
  • Processing payments/invoices through various means
  • General office administration duties

As the clinical team continues to expand, there may be an opportunity for the permanent hours to increase. We offer a family friendly workplace and pride ourselves on great team culture.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 – $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22.5 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • No weekends
