Based in Hervey Bay, our Receptionist will provide exceptional service and administrative support to our team. This role is very important and essential to the team's ongoing success, as this role plays the first point of contact for our clients and essentially is the 'face of the business'. This role is suitable for someone who has had an introduction to working in a professional office, who takes pride in their work and is eager to provide a high level of client service.

Essentially "the director of first impressions" our receptionist role involves typical tasks such as:

  • greeting clients and visitors at reception
  • preparing and serving refreshments
  • managing incoming calls and client queries
  • maintaining our reception area and our multiple meeting rooms to a professional state
  • completing other administrative support tasks​​​​​ (incoming and outgoing mail, stationery orders, compiling professional documents)

This role also provides variety by playing an administrative support role to our accounting team. Working closely with our team administrator, our admin duo utilise their time management and accuracy strengths to work collaboratively to deliver a variety of administrative services to our clients and accounting team. Situated from our reception desk located at the entry to our office, our Receptionist will work independently, while managing their time and work tasks efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will not only take pride in their professional appearance by wearing the Ulton uniform (supplied by Ulton) but will have a friendly and helpful communication style and an eye for detail ensuring our front of house areas are immaculately maintained.

This is a full-time role operating from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate can enjoy work/life balance in the form of a monthly rostered day off.

Receptionist requirements:

  • Previous receptionist experience or similar
  • Consistent professional presentation, manner and attitude
  • Consistent professional communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
  • Good time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Current Driver's licence (for running errands)
