Casual Receptionist for a busy Holiday Park

We're on the lookout for a reliable and welcoming Casual Receptionist to join our team at our busy holiday park.

If you thrive in a customer-facing role, love making guests feel welcome, and know your way around Newbook like a pro – we want to hear from you

What we're looking for:

  • Experience using Newbook Booking System - confidently and efficiently.
  • A positive attitude and genuine love for greeting guests.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable and available to work 4 - 6 shifts per week, including some weekends and holidays.

What you'll be doing:

  • Checking guests in and out.
  • Taking bookings and handling enquiries.
  • Assisting with general admin and supporting the park team.
  • Creating a smooth and friendly experience for all our visitors.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week

  • Police Check (Preferred)
