Front Office Receptionist Role

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to fill this critical position. As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the front desk and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with RMS (Reservation Booking System) experience or comparable system
  • Strong computer literacy skills and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible attitude towards work rosters
  • A current driver's license is essential for this role
