Front Desk Medical Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact within the clinic, you will handle patient registrations, bookings, triage and queries.
- Handle face-to-face and over the phone patient registrations, bookings, triage and queries.
- Receive payments, issue receipts, complete billing and invoicing for patients.
- Operate our booking system.
- Assist with back office activities such as outbound calls, data entry and reporting.
Our ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, a dedication to patient care, and the ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying databases/systems.
About You:- Possess excellent customer service skills and organisational abilities.
- Have experience as a receptionist, preferably in medical or healthcare.
- Be able to balance competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.
