About the Role
As our Store Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our vibrant retail space. You'll lead a dynamic team of staff and volunteers, drive store performance, and make sure every corner of the shop reflects the creativity and high standards that make Do-Op shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire and support a team of paid staff and volunteers
- Drive daily operations and meet sales targets
- Maintain high merchandising and visual display standards
- Manage stock levels, donations, and inventory rotation
- Foster a warm, inclusive and upbeat store culture
- Ensure the shop is safe and aligns with WH&S standards
Who You Are
You're a natural leader with a keen eye for retail presentation and a passion for people. You love second-hand shopping, creative displays, and believe in the power of community connection.
You'll bring:
- Retail leadership or management experience (op-shop experience a bonus)
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- An eye for detail and a flair for merchandising
