We are seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager, Screening, to drive sales and support initiatives in the mining sector. This role will involve managing client relationships, technical support, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.

Description

  • Provide technical and sales support for screening products across the eastern region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Lead product training sessions for clients and internal staff.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports on regional performance and sales metrics.

Profile

A successful Regional Support Manager, Screening, should have:

  • A background in sales or technical support within the mining sector.
  • Strong knowledge of screening products and their applications.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
