About the Role
As a Delivery Service & Transformation Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of lending platforms across TMBL. This dynamic position will see you partnering with cross-functional teams to analyse, design and optimise end-to-end lending processes—from initial enquiry through to loan activation. You'll gather and translate requirements, lead gap analysis, design scalable solutions, develop prototypes, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a 12 Month Fixed-Term Opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and prioritise business and functional requirements for platform enhancements
- Gap Analysis:
- Assess current state vs desired future capabilities and outcomes
- Document findings and analysis to actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency
- Support user acceptance training (UAT) and user training to ensure successful implementation
- Liaise between business units, IT and external vendors to align with deliverables
About You
You're detail-oriented, curious, and analytical, with a natural flair for improving systems and a passion for enhancing customer and operational experiences. You're not only a confident communicator who can translate business needs into technical language—but also a collaborative partner who thrives working across teams and driving projects forward. You balance technical capability with a strong customer-centric mindset and can juggle priorities with grace under pressure.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid experience in lending or financial services
- Proven expertise in business analysis, including:
- Requirements gathering
- Gap analysis
- Process mapping
- Solution design
- Prototyping & proof of concept development
- Familiarity with key lending platforms (Apply Online, LoanApp, Loanworks, Interflow)
- Strong stakeholder engagement with ability to conduct interviews, facilitate workshops and present findings to various audiences
- Advanced problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency with Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, MIRO) and Microsoft Office Suite (including Visio)
- Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable navigating fast-changing business and technology environments
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
