The Role

The Solutions Engineer will be a key member of the Solutions team, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver impactful onboarding, proof-of-concept projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a hands-on technical position, suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, researching new solutions, and delivering measurable customer outcomes. The role requires strong Intune and Microsoft 365 experience, combined with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical onboarding of new customers and deliver proof-of-concept projects.
• Configure and deploy Modern Workplace environments aligned to customer needs.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Provide technical expertise across endpoint management and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process and solution enhancements, contributing to reusable assets and best practices.
• Produce technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge base articles.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and pursue professional growth towards Solution Architecture.

Requirements Technical Expertise:

• Strong background with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, GPO management, and MDM cloud migration.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Essential Eight, CIS, NIST CSF, DISP, or SMB1001.
• Skilled in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Windows device management.
• Strong technical documentation abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
