About the Role

As anAccountant, you will play a key role in providing high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services to our clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSF and individuals.
  • Managing BAS, IAS, and GST compliance.
  • Providing tax planning and business advisory support to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve internal processes and deliver great outcomes.

This role offers direct client exposure, opportunities to work closely with senior accountants, and a clear pathway for career progression.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about accounting and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. You will ideally have:

  • 2+ years of experience in public practice accounting.
  • Completed or currently studying CA/CPA (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Experience with Xero or other cloud-based accounting software
