We offer a single point of contact for our clients' ICT needs - IT, security, consultancy, communications, and print. Our expert support is delivered across Australia and internationally from our Southeast Queensland and Sydney bases.

About the Role

Due to an internal promotion, we're seeking a dynamic Technical Pre-Sales Administrator to join our Robina office.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Pre-Sales function by bringing a strong solution architect mindset through scoping, designing and driving new solutions for our customers.

You'll work closely with our Early Education Account Manager and the broader Sales Team, providing technical leadership and strategic guidance to deliver high-quality ICT solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Scope, design and drive new solutions for clients, working collaboratively with the Sales and Account Management Team
  • Prepare tenders and quotations as required
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers as required
  • Identify new business and service opportunities, to support customer IT strategies
  • Provide technical support and strategic advice to both customers and internal teams
  • Always follow onPlatinum policies and procedures
  • Promote company culture and values

Key skills and experience:

  • Experience in Pre-Sales, technical account management, or solution architecture within the MSP space
  • Proven experience scoping and designing ICT solutions for SMEs
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 essential, ConnectWise or Kaseya experience highly regarded
  • General understanding of Cyber Security and data/voice products desirable
  • Experience working with education sector clients is a plus
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle required (travel across QLD/NSW may be needed)
  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or full working rights required
