About Us:

Hardline Scaffolding is a growing scaffolding company specialising in residential and commercial projects across South East Queensland. We pride ourselves on safe, efficient, and professional scaffolding solutions, and we're looking for a reliable Leading Hand to join our team and help drive our crews forward.

The Role:

As a Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for coordinating a scaffold crew on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to company standards. This role suits someone who is hands-on, safety-focused, and confident in taking the lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise scaffolders and labourers on-site
  • Assist in erecting and dismantling scaffold safely and efficiently
  • Ensure all work meets WHS and company safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with site managers, builders, and crew
  • Report progress and site issues to management
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean worksite

Requirements:

  • Current scaffolding ticket (Intermediate or Advanced preferred)
  • Previous experience leading a crew (or stepping up into leadership)
  • White Card and full PPE
  • Strong focus on safety and teamwork
  • Ability to read and understand scaffold plans
  • Reliable transport and good work ethic
