**About the Client**

Our client is a leading Sydney based builder with considerable capability and experience delivering multi-residential construction projects in both high-end homes and apartment blocks up to $20M. They have continued to grow over the past five years through repeat business, and based on their outstanding reputation and high levels of attention to detail.

**Currently looking for 4 x Leading Hand/Supervisors.**

**About the Role**

This versatile role, you'll coordinate trades, labourers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project progress. Responsibilities span executing site setup procedures for meticulous organisation and safety compliance. As a hands-on leader, you'll supervise material handling, implementing inventory control for timely project execution. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, your support ensures construction processes align with project goals, fostering efficient communication with stakeholders, including subcontractors, for optimal outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in carpentry with a strong foundation in the trade.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory role
- Experience leading mid to large teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
- Demonstrated ambition to advance in the construction field.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to get things done.
