Club Leader

XtraClubs is Sydney's leading self-service wellness brand — offering world-class Finnish saunas, infrared saunas, steam rooms and ice baths in beautifully designed spaces. Our mission is to make everyday recovery accessible, affordable, and exceptional.

We're expanding rapidly across Sydney and looking for a motivated Club Leader to take ownership of one of our locations. You'll be both hands-on and strategic, leading the team, driving standards, and ensuring every member experience is exceptional.

As Club Leader, you'll own the day-to-day operations, staff leadership, and financial performance of your club. This is a dynamic, people-first role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves team culture, and takes pride in delivering five-star service.

• Lead & Develop Your Team: Train, roster and mentor Club Attendants to uphold brand standards.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Maintain daily checklists, manage safety and compliance, and ensure seamless member experiences.
• Customer Experience Champion: Personally handle member feedback, escalations and NPS results to continuously improve satisfaction.
• Procurement & Presentation: Keep all club stock, towels and retail items well-maintained and organised.
• Workplace Safety: Ensure the facility and plant room areas remain clean, hazard-free and compliant at all times.
• Hands-On Operations: Support during peak hours, ensuring a calm, welcoming and professional environment.
• Communication & Coordination: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, local businesses and the XtraClubs leadership team daily.

• Proven leadership and people-management experience in wellness, fitness, retail or hospitality.
• Strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confident in roster management and day-to-day operational oversight.
• Familiar with Slack, Google Workspace, and other digital management tools.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to Obtain)
• A calm, confident and professional manner with both staff and members.

• Qualifications in Business, Hospitality or WHS Management..
• Exposure to the wellness or fitness industry.
• Systems Integration – Hands-on exposure to CRM platforms, customer feedback tools or BI/dashboard software.
• A "continuous improvement" mindset
