We are seeking experienced Configuration & Data Support Officer to join a dedicated team responsible for maintaining the integrity and configuration of operational airways systems, supporting the safety and efficiency of the National Airways System (NAS). This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding organisation within Australia's aviation sector.

Locations: Brisbane Airport & Melbourne Tullamarine Airpoot

Hourly Rate: $60-63 per hour

Contract Term: 2 years, ASAP Start

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, review, and coordinate incoming change requests in alignment with operational standards.
  • Prepare and transform data into detailed work packages for integration into Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems.
  • Provide high-quality administrative and stakeholder support to ensure effective operational outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience with strong research, cataloguing, and information management capabilities.
  • Previous experience within an aviation, technical, or operational systems environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.
  • Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
